Both in the local community and headed potentially onto a national stage! This man is a force of innovation!

Jonathan is an innovative, inspired, and face-forward leader!
Jonathan is exposed to and engaged with multiple levels of leaders in the business community, because of his work with the Better Business Bureau. When we were talking about leadership qualities, he immediately pointed out what he thought to be #1 – TRUST
Trust is an absolute must for people in the business at so many levels. He brought many more great pieces of the conversation to the table. We talked about things like transparency in business, servant leadership, and being authentic and passionate about what YOU do.
Jonathan encourages the next generation of leaders to choose wisely when they are entering into business, and that there are exciting, new and other options available to them as they are coming up in the workforce. Most of all to quote Simon Sinek – “Start with WHY!”
