He is a great leader, an amazing coach, and he is truly all about raising other people up in business.
When I asked him about the characteristics of a leader, he had a simple and to the point response.
- Leaders MUST learn to coach. That’s it. Learn to coach. They have to be invested and lead people not for themselves (the leader), but for the people they are leading.
